Because the Kefir Grains feed on the sugar, surprisingly little sugar is left in the end result.
Be sure to store your water kefir in the fridge, as it is very effervescent and not storing it in the fridge can lead to bottle bursts.

We do not dehydrate our Water Kefir Grains. We package our Water Kefir Grains in a glass container in a sweet solution. Because of this we deliver this product only in Cape Town and surrounds.
Water Kefir is easy to make, but requires a certain level of dedication as your grains will need attention every 24 – 36 hours. At 36 hours the grains will start to disintegrate and you will end up with less grains than you started, ultimately killing off your starter completely.
